Welcome to the website of model airplane club Þytur.
The club was founded back in 1970 and is 40 year old this year.
15. February 1995 our first webpage was opened on the Internet so the year 2005 marks the 10 year anniversary for this site.
Over the years we have done a lot of great things as a club and you can see some of the more recent events in our album. One recent event that springs to mind is the visit in 2003 by Steve Holland, Richard Rawl & Sharon Stiles who came to fly with us.
